Fraser Region Early Childhood Screening Program

Children in care in the Fraser Region, aged 18 and 36 months will be part of an Integrated Health Screening program, screening five aspects of their health: vision and hearing abilities, dental development, evaluation of overall development, as well as an assessment of immunization status.

Educational, Vocational and Rehabilitative Program Funding for Youth or Young Adults

There are many sources of educational, vocational and rehabilitative program funding in British Columbia for youth and young adults. Several are specifically for former permanent youth in care, youth who were in temporary care or youth on youth agreements at age 19. Each program has its own eligibility requirements. Additional funding sources for post secondary education are also listed on the following pages.
